Documentation
Everything CFX Resolver does, in plain language.
Server Browser
The homepage lists live public FiveM servers, pulled directly from cfx.re's own master server list — the same data source the official in-game server browser uses. Player counts and online status are real-time, not cached.
Click any server card to open its details page. Scroll to the bottom and click Load more servers to page through the full list.
Filters & Search
The search box above the server list accepts three kinds of input:
- A server name (matches anywhere in the hostname)
- A direct IP:port, e.g.
192.0.2.10:30120 - A cfx.re join code or full link, e.g.
abc123orcfx.re/join/abc123
The two dropdowns next to the search box control ordering and location:
- Sort — Default order, Most players, Fewest players, or Most upvotes (cfx.re's boost/upvote power).
- Country — filter to servers reporting a specific country, with a live count next to each one. This list reflects whichever countries are actually represented in the current server population, not a fixed list.
Reset filters appears once anything is changed from its default and clears both back to their starting state.
Server Details
Clicking a server opens its full details page, which includes:
- Player list — connected players and their ping (green = low, orange = medium, red = high), pulled live from the server's own
/players.jsonendpoint when it exposes one. - Hosting lookup — the hosting provider/ISP behind the server's IP address.
- Resources — the server's installed resource list, each one linking to the Resource Lookup page.
- Anti-cheat detection — see the dedicated section below.
- Community links & build info — Discord/store links the server publishes, plus its game build and txAdmin version when available.
- Connect & Report — a direct connect button, and a link to report the server to Cfx.re's own compliance team.
Some servers show "Couldn't fetch players" instead of a real list — either the endpoint is unreachable, or the server owner enabled FXServer's privacy setting, which blanks out real player data while still reporting slot counts. The Why? link next to that message explains it in more detail.
Resource Lookup
A separate index of every resource (script, script pack, framework, map, etc.) seen across the FiveM population, built by periodically visiting servers in the background. Search a resource name to see every indexed server running it.
Two dropdowns control what you see when the search box is empty (or narrow a text search further):
- Most used / Least used — ranks resources by how many indexed servers run them.
- All resources / Anti-cheats only — narrows the list to just recognized anti-cheat products.
Anti-Cheat Detection
Detection works by pattern-matching a server's public resource list against known anti-cheat products (FiveGuard, ReaperAC, FiniAC, and others), plus a generic fallback for resources that follow common anti-cheat naming conventions.
This can only detect what a server publicly exposes in its resource list — a server that deliberately renames or hides its anti-cheat resource won't be detected, and "not detected" is not proof a server has no anti-cheat at all.
Data Freshness
The homepage server list is always live — fetched directly from cfx.re on each visit (with a short cache to keep repeat loads fast).
The Resource Lookup index is different: it's built gradually in the background, visiting a batch of servers every couple of minutes rather than all at once, to stay a well-behaved client of cfx.re's infrastructure and of every individual game server. That means it can take a while for a newly-seen server to show up, and resource lists refresh periodically rather than instantly.
FAQ
Is this the official FiveM server list? No — see the disclaimer in the footer. This is an independent tool built on cfx.re's public data.
Why don't I see any players on a server I know is active? See the anti-cheat/privacy note in the Server Details section above.
Why is a resource missing from the lookup? Either the server hosting it hasn't been crawled yet, or it's simply not live right now — the index only covers servers seen since this feature went live.
